I find immense joy in helping people and have a deep love for connecting with others. My passion is coaching individuals into autonomy, empowering them to discover their strengths and live with purpose. I'm driven by a sincere desire to see people thrive—body, soul, and spirit—through practical tools, encouragement, and transformative support.
Bridging Wellness and Growth
Since 2006, I've integrated essential oils into my life as a powerful way to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. What started as a personal practice has blossomed into a calling. As a Fully Certified CARE Instructor (FCCI) and Board Certified Raindrop Specialist (BCRS), I provide nationally approved continuing education for massage therapists, bodyworkers, and wellness professionals through certification classes.
I'm also honored to serve on the CARE Board, training and supervising instructors and supervisors. Beyond certifications, I offer a variety of classes focused on personal growth, holistic wellness, and purposeful living, designed to equip and inspire.
Coaching for Transformation
As a Licensed Spiritual Health Coach (LSHC) and Certified Aromatherapy Coaching Instructor, I provide one-on-one coaching and training programs for aspiring coaches. My mission is to empower people to find clarity, embrace healing, and step confidently into their calling. Whether mentoring individuals or equipping future leaders, I'm committed to fostering growth and independence.
Leading Through Teaching
Through my classes and blog posts, I guide leaders, learners, stewards, and students with God’s wisdom, empowering them to embrace holistic wellness rooted in Biblical truth. My teaching blends practical health coaching strategies with heartfelt reflections, offering tools to transform lives while drawing closer to God. From sharing insights on balanced living to fostering spiritual growth, I’m passionate about equipping this diverse community to thrive on their wellness journey. Rooted in Faith
My work is deeply informed by my lifelong journey with Christ. From my early days volunteering in children's ministry to serving as a teacher, coordinator, children's pastor, and now Licensed Minister, I've spent over 40 years supporting others in their spiritual walks. This foundation shapes my approach, as I believe God meets us right where we are, guiding us toward wholeness and purpose.
